11:30 AM - 1:30 PM - Family CPR

Learn how to recognize life-threatening bleeding and stop it fast: direct pressure, wound packing, and proper tourniquet application. Hands-on practice with real gear so you leave confident and capable.

11:30 AM – 1:130 PM — Family CPR

Family-focused CPR fundamentals: infant, child, and adult chest compressions, rescue breaths, choking relief, and when to call 911. Easy, practical coaching so every caregiver in the room can act quickly and correctly.

• Parents, grandparents, babysitters, coaches, and family members
• Community volunteers and neighborhood responders
• Anyone who wants practical, hands-on bleeding control and CPR skills

What to bring

• Comfortable clothes for practice
• A notebook if you like to take notes
• Families welcome — children encouraged (we’ll cover infant/child/adult techniques)

• Hands-on experience using tourniquets and wound packing
• Confident, practiced CPR skills for all ages
• A completion acknowledgement/certificate for your records
• Practical next steps and local resource handouts
